It’s a quite known fact that all that languages all over the world do have something in common, though it might seem that they are all different.
Due to the course of history, during which people of different origin migrated from one place to another. They moved and brought their customs, traditions and the language they were speaking along. Thus, all that caused some assimilations in different spheres of peoples’ lives.
So and the English language has changed much through time, because the territory of the modern United Kingdom was occupied by different foreign tribes and people, who brought many specialties into it.
Learning English, one can’t but turn to its origin. I guess, everyone would agree that it’s always interesting and catching to find out something new and cognitive. As for me, it really is, therefore I have chosen to investigate to some extend the influence that the Latin language has made on English.

In conclusion, I’d like to add the following: while writing this essay I was thinking too much and all of a sudden understood that everyone supposes the Latin language “dead language”, but personally I don’t agree. Just because the fact that it exists in all world languages, because it influenced their development and still does. One can still meet Latin in everyday life, sipping tea, wearing clothes, buying goods and so on and so forth.
